Gold Technical Support is a subscription based annual support plan for one (1)
registered user of ActiveBatch and/or XLNT to receive a priority response to
their requests for Technical Assistance. The start of service coincides with
the start of Product Warranty. Customers can initiate a service request using
ASCI's customized e-mail format designed specifically for the automated
submission of requests into our support system on a 24 hour by 7 day basis. An
ASCI Customer Support Representative will answer the request, via return
e-mail, on a timely basis in the order it was received. Problem Status requests
can be automatically retrieved by the registered contact on a 24 hour basis.
