Description:
We're looking for individuals who enjoy each step of the Software Engineering process and are looking to use the latest software technologies and tools to advance our company and their own understanding of software systems. The key ingredients are the ability to learn and have a passion for Software Engineering.
You will be responsible for design and implementation of System Software products on Microsoft Windows and UNIX platforms. You will be part of a team working on the latest software technologies that are used to build leading edge software products. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as within a group. Attention to detail, positive attitude, the ability to learn and be challenged and pride in quality and timeliness are all attributes the successful candidate will have.
The successful candidate should have the following skills: Worked with Visual Studio 2008/2005 and Team Foundation; very knowledgeable in .net 3.0 Framework (or at least 2.0) and C# and be very familiar with WCF, WPF/XAML, XML. Additionally, implemented Web Services (WSDL, ASMX, WSE, Soap) preferably with Security. Knowledgeable in Web Technologies, i.e., ASP.net, ADO.net, VBscript/Javascript, HTML/DHTML (Ajax a plus), CSS and has used COM/ActiveX objects. As part of ADO knowledge, this individual should have prior experience with SQL Server at least having issued SELECT statements.
Minimum requirements include: 2 to 5 years engineering experience, a BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or equivalent work experience), possess excellent oral and written communication skills, be ambitious and a go-getter. MCP or MCSE is a plus.
